A senior advocate
I intend to file complaints with all agencies..licensing board, fire dept. I am disgusted at the condition of this facility and it's treatment of seniors. This facility should be closed.

Leaving the patient in a wheel chair for hours and then a family member is requesting that the patient be put back in the bed, the "STAFF" was seemed unwilling to meet this request. Do not be fooled by the outward appearances, it is the care on the inside that counts. Patients are not here on a full time basis and this facility is not rated however it will be now. This week (Nov.09, 2009) this facility has been taken over by the new owners, so let's see what happens next.
Grandmother resides at this facility
When my Grandmother moved in here close to 10 years ago it seemed very nice. As the years have gone on the staff, attention to residents and all around correspondence has gone way down hill. Many things have come up "missing" from my Grandmother's room and it's all very upsetting. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking to put a family member here. Bernice, she runs the facility is very fake. She doesn't actually care about anything but her paycheck. The same with Jean, I generally see her running the front desk ...
Questionable tenants
This house consists of adult males, not seniors, looking as if they do not need "assistance", does not fit into the neighborhood of families with children, Is this legal??
