Azalea Place amodates our assisted living residents in its 42-bed residence decorated is rich hues of blue and burgundy. A formal living room, activity room with large screen TV, a library area several areas to gather and visit, and lots of level walking areas outside are available. Residents are free to come and go as they wish and/or participate in a variety of activities at this upbeat community. A LPN and our Care Assistants are available 24 hours a day. Residents choose from the variety of choices provided on a menu for each meal served in their spacious dining room. Azalea Place is the community of choice for those who are fairly independent, need a little assistance.
