Our spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with patios include complete kitchen; washer and dryer; basic utilities; emergency pull cord and personal emergency transmitter that you can use anywhere on campus; sprinkler system; and more. Optional services such as our on-site hair salon, guest meals and some off campus entertainment are available for reasonable fees.  Independent living residents also enjoy campus amenities including use of the Springs Manor recreation hall, Wifi Café, Chapel, Library, and the Village pond and outdoor walking trail.
