Crowne Health Care is a state-wide network of 15 skilled nursing facilities, 9 assisted living facilities and one independent living facility. We offer quality care in our well-managed and affordable skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living facility in Alabama.

We invite you to locate one of our skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or independent living facility near your munity and schedule a visit. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, private pay and supplemental or long term care insurance. If you qualify for short term rehabilitation, Medicare may cover 100% of your first 20 days in our facility.
