Not impressed.
When I started looking for a home for my father, I came across this home and read some reviews and it seemed like it would be a nice place. It is a beautiful home, small environment. However when I visited I was less than impressed. The home did seem clean, however the resident appearances were poor. Also, if you are looking for a place that provides something to do other than to watch TV all day for your family member, this is not the place for you.
