Our Skilled Nursing Center includes a separate unit dedicated to the care of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.  In some centers this unit is called the Passagesmunity or the Reflections community. Our Alzheimer’s program is designed to celebrate the spirit of our residents. We strive to offer a comfortable and compassionate environment that emphasizes positive life experiences and active involvement in a daily routine. The staff who care for our Alzheimer’s residents are focused on meeting their special needs. We encourage family to remain integrally involved in the lives of their loved ones and offer ongoing support through individual care plan conferences and support group meetings.
