Highly recommended
My father was cared for by Cherrys Assisted Living Home for over 2 1/2 years. At first, in April of 2008, my father was reluctant to be away from our home, but after less than one 1 week he adjusted very well. The staff was very caring and concerned, and they adopted my father in a sense like a grandfather. In particular, if I had to leave town on business I felt quite at ease that he was well cared for. I would highly recommend Cherrys to any one needing this type of care. Thank you. C.W.

A Letter of High Approval for Cherry's Assisted Living Home
A Letter of High Approval for Cherry's Assisted Living Home. My sister, Cheryl, was a resident of Cherry's Assisted Living Home from August 20th till her death on September 29th, 2010. She had wonderful loving care from Robert and Myrna Cherry and all of their staff. They worked hard to provide food she liked including " Cheryl and Company " cookies. Everyday I went to see my sister and I was cheerfully welcomed and when I left they always said, " Thanks for coming" which I felt was really nice. Cheryl had 2 sons, who felt the same that their Mom was taken care of with much feeling for her. Thank you so much. Gayle and Family.

Great Place and Great People
I have known the Cherry's for several years, and they have always maintained high standards in their care facility. Robert and Myrna are both highly educated in their field, and it shows in their professionalism. They maintain a relaxed atmosphere in their newest home, and the view of the mountains is incredible. There is a large open floor plan in the main public area that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. It helps facilitate keeping an eye on their residents, and is aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are large and well lit, and two of the rooms share a connecting bathroom with a large shower and partially sunken tub. They are on the outskirts of east Tucson, just east of Houghton road Escalante, and they see their share of wildlife. I noticed a genuine interest they took in their residents, who always looked relaxed and content when I would visit. Once when I was visiting, I overheard Mrs Cherry thanking a World War 2 Veteran for his protection of her home country back then, and I saw how much that meant to the gentleman, as he related some of his experiences from that time. They serve up a great menu that caters to their client's preferences, and like I said, the view from the dining table adds to the experience. Overall, it's a very nice place in a great location, and they are great people. Mike S. In Tucson, Az.

Very Thankful
We were fortunate enough to find Cherry's Assisted Living Home for most of my mother?s final year. She enjoyed being there a great deal. (They have a habit of spoiling the residents). These are very trying times for the family, as well as for the individual. When the individual is as happy as Mom was, it takes a lot of the pressure off the family. We will always feel that we were very lucky to find Robert & Myrna and are grateful for their loving care.
