Further, we offer 8 Levels of health care services in our private, secure environment. All managers have an “open door” policy and residents are encouraged to drop by any time with a question, a comment or just for a hug. In the Dining Room there is a suggestion box to capture great ideas that may come up during mealtime conversation.

The management team hosts a meeting for all residents every month. At this meeting every resident has the opportunity to ask questions, offer suggestions and share his or her concerns. In addition, the Diablo Lodge Resident Council, a rotating group of six residents, meets monthly with residents to get additional feedback on ways to improve our community.
