We offer lovely apartment homes as well as patio homes, some of which have fireplaces. The community has three courtyards. Our main courtyard is where you’ll find the heated swimming pool, lovely shade trees, and the focal point of our community — a soothing fountain. In the Assisted Living courtyard, there is a charming gazebo where residents gather for fun and relaxation. We also have raised potting benches for resident gardening.

We are ideally located in Fresno’s desirable north area. We’re close to shopping, medical centers, restaurants, and are within two miles of two major hospitals. You’ll also find plenty of cultural and recreational opportunities nearby, among them, theatres, historic sites, dance troupes, the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Fresno Metropolitan Museum or Art, History, and Science. We’re within an hour of Yosemite and Sequoia Parks.
