St. Mary Tower is an affordable, older adult (62+)munity with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (available to those over the age of 18).

Our community is located in the heart of Long Beach, a mile from the Pacific Ocean, two blocks from the Metro Blue Line (giving you access to downtown Los Angeles and points in between), and across the street from St. Mary Medical Center providing all your needed medical services in one location.

Within our community are two food bank programs, a taxi voucher system, the Meals-On-Wheels program and a Social Service Coordinator , who is available to help residents’ obtain services for their personal needs.
