The Gardens at Idylwood is a 66-bed nursing and rehabilitation building on the Idylwood Care Center campus. The Gardens at Idylwood provides short-term rehabilitation as well as extended stay services. We are dedicated to creating an environment where people can progressively move towards their potential in physical, mental, and spiritual health.

The "Courtyard at Idylwood" is a 106-bed skilled nursing facility providing services for individuals with abination of medical and behavioral needs. Services focus on skilled nursing, along with specific clinical programming addressing behavioral needs.

Traditional Skilled nursing facilities are often not able to address the complex needs of this population, which results in medical and psychiatric deterioration, acute hospitalizations, and negative outcomes. In contrast, Idylwood Care Center provides services designed to reduce the utilization of acute beds by stabilizing both behavioral and medical symptoms. We provide residents with a break from adverse living circumstances and the necessary support and resources for potential discharge to lower levels of care. Our goal is to provide individualized resident services and the highest quality care available.
