The Facility is dirty and falling apart
I was so surprised to find the condition of this facility in such a substandard level after a suggestion from a friend who's mom went there 4 years ago(but passed away last year). I visited this facility to preview for my mom and can tell you it no longer fits my friend's previous reviews. The facility is very dirty, from the entrance to an elevator, to an apartment, there are walls with patched or half plastered paint or holes in them and dirty carpeting with stains. AND A MOUSETRAP in the hallway!! One can only imagine, sadly, the way the people living there are treated like if this is th condition of the facility.
