Set on beautifully landscaped grounds, Brookdale Palma Sola, formerly Emeritus at Bradenton, is a Bradenton, Florida assisted living munity for seniors. Located close to Manatee Ave. in one of Bradenton’s finest neighborhoods, we are within walking distances to many shops and restaurants. We are also located near Blake Medical Center, Manatee Memorial Hospital and nursing home rehabilitation facilities, such as Surrey Place, Bradenton Health Care Center and Freedom Village. The community is also located within minutes to our beautiful gulf beaches.
Brookdale Palma Sola is located near Anna Marie Island, the location of some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. There’s a lot going on in downtown Bradenton. Art Center Manatee, South Florida Museum, Manatee Players Riverfront Theatre, Manatee Village Historical Park, Village of the Arts, Manatee County Cultural Alliance, Manatee County Central Library, are just a few nearby attractions.
