Hacienda Village Review
Hacienda Village offers one of the nicest styles of 55+ living in the country at one of the lowest costs of ownership. Its manufactured homes are situated on winding lanes amid towering trees and green lawns. All homes are owned by their residents, although not all residents own a share in the community. Those who do own a coop share pay no space rent but only maintenance fees, which are reasonable. The community has two pools, a recreation hall, a clubhouse where larger functions are held, tennis court, and golf cart-friendly roads. Homes are generally well kept up. Approved pets are accepted. Shopping is nearby and healthcare services are reasonably close. Ownership requires approval by the coop board.
