A Wonderful Selection
Brookdale Lake Mary offers spacious senior apartments. We offer a variety of studio floor plans as well as two-bedroom apartments. Our retirement community is just the right size – small enough that residents get the personal attention they need, yet large enough to be able to offer a variety of activities and plenty of residents with whom to socialize. Our common areas include a movie room, reading lounge, activity room and resident club room.
Strong, Caring Professional Relationships
We nurture strong relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers such as Lake Mary Health and Rehabilitation Center. Through the communications and relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations, we provide seamless continuum of care for our residents.

Some of our staff have been here for many years. We are very selective about who has the honor of taking care of residents here. Not only must they pass a background test, they must also demonstrate care, concern, and competence.

Each day is filled with echoes of laughter in the hallways, the result of a calendar of enriching activities. Choices in social, physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and creative activities are encouraged. Residents enjoy a variety of live entertainment and outdoor excursions, all with the security of knowing care is available if they need it. Residents enjoy playing bingo and bridge. They love to challenge each other at the Wii. They love to socialize and mingle every day at the ice cream social. They enjoy going out for lunch or shopping.
Partnering with the Local Community
Brookdale Lake Mary hosts a monthly Parkinson’s support group sponsored by Florida Hospital. The Alzheimer’s Association also holds monthly support groups here. Both are free and open to the public. Brookdale Lake Mary is passionate about being active in the community. Our focus is to hold events that add quality and value to the lives of others. We host monthly Alzheimer’s support groups and Parkinson’s support groups. We participate in the American Cancer Society’s “Making STRIDES” against breast cancer, and the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk, among others.
Fine Dining
We have a chef and our dining services director is the mentor for Brookdale communities. The food we serve is fabulous, and we receive daily compliments on the food. We offer three homemade meals each day, with an amazing variety. Residents even have their say in choosing what they would like to have on the alternate menu!
