Brookdale Rio Rancho, Emeritus at Sandia Springs, is a Rio Rancho senior livingmunity nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our community offers independent living, assisted living and memory care. While the atmosphere is quiet and calming, the community is located only minutes from The Cottonwood Mall, Target, Kmart, Wal-Mart, movie theater and many restaurants. We are in the back yard of the yearly Balloon Fiesta event. We are also only minutes away from the newly build Rio Rancho Hospital and many medical clinics.

Brookdale Rio Rancho offers independent living, assisted living as well as memory care. We have studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom senior apartments as well as 2-bedroom independent living cottages. Our retirement community is special as we have the feel of home and first class dining. We have a state of the art fire system and nurse call system. Our community has also recently been remodeled both inside and out.

We work very closely with local providers such as the newly built Rio Rancho Hospital, the Albuquerque VA as well as many are rehabilitation centers and nursing homes.
