Details About Oahu Care Facility

Established in 1986, Oahu Care Facility is an 82-bed nursing home providing intermediate and skilled level of care services.

The facility was built to provide a cheerful and home-like environment. The second and third floors of our three story building provide a safe and secure setting for our residents with large recreation and dining areas on each floor. A therapy room is available for rehabilitation services and restorative nursing care to increase and maintain each resident's level of functioning. Residents live in a room that has storage capacity for personal belongings, which can be bought, from their homes.

For over 20 years, families have entrusted their loved one's care to our dedicated health care team.
