Exceptional Care & Training Center is a well-designed residence for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our skilled staff serves as an extended family whose caring, concern and attention help to provide the very best possible home for our residents. The resident's home is a place forfort, love and skilled care. Social and recreational skills are enhanced through programs such as family-style dining, grooming and hygiene, choosing daily wardrobe and/or self-medication development.

ECTC's residential facility is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Skilled Pediatric Facility. ECTC's day training program is licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
