OK for Completely Independent Residents ONLY
Chronically understaffed to the point of residents not getting services they paid for like shower assistance. Somewhat unsafe with so many residents to only one staff member for long periods of time. Management ignores complaints from residents, staff and family and routinely refuses to return phone calls and messages. They just don't seem to care.
