Vernon Manor, a non-profit organization located in Wabash, Indiana, providespassionate care for children and adults with skilled nursing needs and severe and profound developmental and intellectual disabilities. We recently expanded and renovated our center to offer seniors the ability to recover through short-term rehabilitation following injury, illness or hospital stay.

At Vernon Manor, our goal is the same as yours: maximizing your loved one's potential to remain as independent as possible. Our therapists work with your loved one for personalized attention. An individualized treatment plan is developed by the resident's personal physician and therapist to focus on rehabilitation services, skilled nursing needs, educational goals, nutritional needs and socialization.

We seek to maximize the function and enhance the lives of residents and their families who have a wide range of conditions such as cerebral palsy, brain injury, genetic abnormalities and other developmental disabilities. We are also here to help our seniors through recovery with our special respiratory therapy program and short-term rehab.
