West Woods of Nilesis an 121 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Niles, Michigan in Berrien County. The facility is securely located on eighteen wooded acres just north of the Indiana state line; about four miles north of Notre Dame University.

West Woods has recently undergone extensive renovation and has received much praise for its warm, homelike atmosphere. Both private and semi-private rooms are offered with 24-hour licensed nursing care.
