Good Samaritan Society – Howard Lake has been serving seniors in the munity since 1992. With the addition of Good Samaritan Society – Heritage Square, we now offer affordable apartment living with the companionship of caring neighbors and staff in a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. You can feel comforted that Heritage Square provides the closeness and security that you seek as you search for your new place to call home.

Located a few blocks from local businesses, our tenants are able to maintain their independence by doing the errands that are important to them. Residents furnish their apartments with their own belongings, creating their individual, private residence. Within our building, there are community areas where residents can gather to socialize or interact in a variety of activities.

Our community features cozy and spacious one-bedroom, two-bedrooms and two bedrooms deluxe floor plans in a neighborhood environment.

Heritage Square offers adults 50 and older and whose total income is below the income limit as determined by their household size  the freedom to live as active and social a lifestyle as they wish within the community of care.
