MONTHLY RENTS

Make yourself at home in one of our spacious floor plans.  All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, accessible showers or bathtubs, individual heating and air conditioning controls, blinds on all windows, and plenty of closet and cupboard space.

One bedroom apartment / 641 – 652 square feet $1,300

Two bedroom apartment / 849 – 858 square feet $1,700

Deluxe Two bedroom apartment / 898 square feet $1,800

• No waitlist fees

• A $30 background screening fee is required upon submittal of application

• A $1,000 security deposit is required upon move in

• We are a pet friendly community

  • $500 security deposit per pet (maximum of two pets)

  • $25 monthly pet rent

OTHER INFORMATION

• Margaret Place is proud to be transitioning into a smoke free community.

• We accept Elderly Waiver (EW) eligible tenants; however, tenants and/or their families must pay the difference between the EW contribution and full market rent.

• We will accept Section 8 vouchers for 2 tenants residing in a shared unit.
