Every apartment rental includes the following:

Beverage Center – Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or lemonade 24 hours a day.
Cable Television  – Comcast Digital Starter Cable Package is ready to hook-up in all the apartments.  Over 100 channels.
Concierge – Each front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your peace of mind and customer service needs.
Continental Breakfast  – Serve yourself in our beautiful Atrium 7 days a week.

F r ozen Yogurt – Your sweet tooth at lunch time can be satisfied Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.  Enjoy the flavor of the day!
Lectures – Outside guest speakers educate and entertain us. The University of Minnesota “Great Decisions” Lecture Series is a RidgePointe favorite.  Open to the Public
Heat – Boiler heat with individual apartment controls.
Housekeeping  – Our housekeepers clean your kitchen and bathroom, and vacuum the carpet weekly.
Laundry Facilities – All washer and dryer use is coin free.
Maintenance  – We maintain your apartment and RidgePointe grounds to our high standards.
Rose Room Dining – Three “Rose Room” dinners per month are included in your rent.
Van Transportation – RidgePointe has an extensive van schedule that includes Grocery Stores, Shopping Malls, Banks, Medical Offices, the Ridgedale YMCA and Churches.  See our van destinations at Resident Service Activities .

Additional cost for each apartment rental:

Apartment Telephone  – Monthly fee of $23.50 for RidgePointe’s land line telephone, guest entry and “Off Hook” security system.
Electricity  – Charges vary by apartment and individual usage.
Second Person Fee  – A monthly charge of $40.00 for additional resident, if applicable.

Optional amenities for a fee:

Atrium Deli Lunch  – A lunch at RidgePointe averages $5.00 – $6.25, beverage included.
Catering  – All your catering events will be sure to please with our in-house catering service.
Cleaning  – Additional cleaning and housekeeping services available for $25.00 per hour.
Garage – Indoor heated parking is $60.00 per month.  Ample outdoor parking is available.  A self-service car wash is located in both garages for resident use.
Guest Rooms  – Visiting family or friends can take advantage of RidgePointe’s guest rooms.  Rented for $50.00 per night and includes RidgePointe’s amenities for your guests during their stay.
Laundry  – Door to door service for $10.00 a load.
Rose Room Dinner  – Your first three dinners per month are included in your rent.  Additional meals are $13.00 each.
Tray Service  – Atrium Lunches and Rose Room Dinners can be delivered to your apartment for $1.00 per meal.
