About Our LivingCenter

Golden LivingCenter – Olivia is a skilled nursing facility located in Olivia, MN. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care in an environment that maximizes independence and freedom of choice.

Because we understand how important it is to return home quickly after an illness or surgery, we offer short-term care to help make this possible. We also offer long-term nursing care, and our services include an Alzheimer’s care unit, stroke rehabilitation and wound care.

Residents of our Alzheimer's Care Units will experience a beautifully designed and secure area that helps manage the behaviors associated with dementia and maintain cognitive and physical functionality, so the individual can live with respect and dignity. Patients of our Advanced Alzheimer's Care Units will receive one-on-on sensory-driven care; if necessary, hospice services will be provided by a locally licensed agency.

Conveniently, Olivia has access to community parks and Renville County Hospital, and our patients and residents will enjoy a variety of onsite recreational and social activities.
