The Memory Support Unit is a 30-bed addition to our existing 66-bed skilled nursing facility. The addition is designed to meet the needs of residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.
The project has been designed as two 15-bed households. One household is for early stage and one for mid stage Alzheimer's. These households provide smaller, activity-oriented groups that are safer and more therapeutic for the resident, and more manageable for the staff.
Our services are goal oriented to restore each resident to their highest level of independence andfort. We encourage, assist, and comfort our residents as they strive to continue a life of dignity and individuality within a protected living environment. Our services include personalized care plans, open breakfast, menu-style dining, a full range of rehabilitation therapies and so much more!
We provide a smoke-free facility that includes an ice cream parlor, private dining room, cable TV, chapel, enclosed courtyard, and many other features.
