About Our LivingCenter

Welcome to Golden LivingCenter – Wausa. Our skilled nursing facility is located in Wausa, Neb., with access to Osmond General Hospital. We are dedicated to providing personalized, quality care to all of our patients and residents. We care for those who are recovering from an illness or surgery and want to return home quickly, as well as those who require long-term nursing care. Our services include physical, speech and occupational therapy, wound care and IV therapy. At Wausa, we understand that it is important to nurture lifelong hobbies and interests, so we offer a variety of recreational activities to fit your loved one’s interests.
