Our center is a specialbination of residential housing and personalized services in a healthcare setting designed to respond to the individual needs of older adults. We offer a range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy to adults of all ages who need short or long-term care as well as specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of Dementia. We offer a variety of sizes and styles of apartments for older adults interested in enjoying an independent lifestyle. We also offer assisted living for older adults with health care concerns who may require assistance with some daily tasks, but do not need full-time nursing care. We strive to meet the social needs of our patients and residents through recreational programs that include field trips, transportation to local businesses and events. So whatever your personal needs, out center provides the level of support that enables you to enjoy your life to the fullest. We are pleased to announce that we were awarded the Bronze National Quality Award from The American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (ACHCA/NCAL) in 2012.
