Our personalized assessment evaluates individual needs and preferences. Then we customize a service plan to meet those needs and preferences. The personalized plan is based upon the amount of time it takes to provide quality services. Therefore, residents only pay for what they need and want.
Ongoing dementia training, expertise and support for staff
Our staff is trained to understand and manage unpredictable behaviors and the need for an individualized approach for every resident, depending on the progression of the disease. We understand that creative problem solving is needed when providing dignity and quality of life to individuals with memory loss. For this we have dedicated dementia care specialists on staff to support our staff, residents and families.
Assistance with Personal Needs
Our trained staff is there to assist with personal needs, in the privacy of the resident’s suite/apartment. We provide assistance with – Bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance.
Ambulation & Escort Services
We will escort residents to meals and activities within the building.
Three nutritious and appetizing meals served daily
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All menu options are selected by a registered dietician to optimize nutritional value. Understanding that many individuals with memory loss have special dietary needs, we offer a full menu of finger foods and adaptive devices and document food preferences for every resident. Resident seating is pre-selected to insure a pleasurable dining experience.

We clean every suite/apartment regularly and take out the trash when needed.

We launder personal items, linens and towels and change bed linens weekly.

Professional nurses oversee the delivery of health care services and behavior management to our residents. Our nurses are on-site 24 hours a day.

Prior to moving in, staff take a social history on every resident to get to know their individual likes and dislikes.
