A Wonderful Place to Live

At Brookdale West Side Rochester, our activities include functions inside and outside of our senior living community. Additionally we have a large passenger van that helps transport the residents for outside activities. West Side Rochester provides many different kinds of activities. We have a full-time director with part-time weekend assistance. We encourage our exercise program. We have several churches that come in to do church services. We also provide trips to the casinos as well as to the local parks for picnics. We play Bingo, make cookies, do scrapbooking—and much, much more.

Active Community Relationships

Brookdale West Side Rochester has and always will be involved with local agencies and businesses. We have a great relationship with the local fire department, police department and Girl Scouts of America and are committed to the local community. Additionally we host a variety of support groups as well as participating in community events and always encourage community members, families and residents to attend and participate in our meetings.

Fine Dining

We will do what we can to make your dining experience a pleasant one, including accommodating special dietary needs. A typical dinner meal includes soup or salad, entree and dessert. A variety of juices, coffee and tea are offered at each meal. Meals are offered in a family atmosphere so the residents can enjoy each others company and conversation while savoring a delicious meal!
