Autumn Care of Marion Rehab and Nursing is located n the quiet and scenic foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our small town facility provides our residents a family-like environment. Autumn Care provide a multi-disciplinary team of professional nurses, speech, occupational, physical, and recreational therapist, social worker, dietitian and other intensely trained staff to meet the individual needs of each resident. Upon admission to our facility, each resident's goals and needs are assessed. A treatment plan is established as well as an anticipated time frame to achieve those goals. Discharge plans are then discussed. Whether the resident desires to go home or be a long term resident, we work to train our residents, their families, and our staff in any compensatory techniques including “In Home Training.” All of our staff work diligently to assist residents in reaching their goals. We also work with community agencies to ensure a continuum of care. The entire staff takes great ride in keeping the facility immaculate and odor free.
