Nestled in the foothills of the North Carolina Smokies, atop the Saluda Grade, lies the historic little town of Saluda. Three quarters of a mile from Main Street is Autumn Care of Saluda, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. Our goal is to assist patients to be independent and return home and to make a home for those who remain with us as residents and family.

Some of the amenities offered include an in-house therapy department with physical, occupational, and speech therapist…dietary staff who provide tempting meals and snacks…activities to keep the mind and body alert with in-house activities and outside trips…weekly visits by a physician and nurse practitioner…transportation to outside doctor appointments…social service to assist with discharge planning and for residents and families adjustments to the facility…around the clock licensed nursing staff…sensory room…hairdressing salon.
