White Oak of Tryon’s Nursing Center is a 70 bed licensed nursing facility staffed 24 hours a day with healthcare professionals. We provide home-like surroundings to help your loved one adjust as quickly as possible to their new surroundings. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. The interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each resident in coordination with the physicians’ orders.
