Our Job is to provide the best possible care for our residents.

Our advanced wound care program isprised of physicians, nurse practitioners and a dedicated wound care nurse at Good Samaritan. Our healing rates are phenomenal. 

O ur Licensed, registered dietitian addresses not only the nutritional needs of our residents, but also the taste and presentation of the food. We love it when people ask for more!.
We have state of the art balance re-training equipment and specially trained therapists to fine tune your balance and reduce the risk of a fall.
We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the home, hospital, LTAC's, assisted living facilities, or other nursing homes.
An orthopedic surgeon consults on-site for a speedier recovery from fractures and amputations.

Skilled Nursing

We offer a full range of specialized services including state of the art balance equipment, 24 hour RN supervision, trach care, PICC line, TPN, CPAP and Bi-Pap care.

Rehabilitation

Our 6 days a week rehabilitation program includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Each treatment plan is carefully planned, based on individual needs.

Alzheimers & Dementia

Our memory impaired unit has been specifically designed to provide a comfortable, home-like, living environment. Activities programs and trained staff help our residents thrive.

Wound Care

Our state of the art wound care unit provides advanced treatment for acute wounds including surgical, trauma, skin grafts, pressure ulcers, burns, open abdominal and more.

Bariatric Care

We are fully equipped to handle the special needs of bariatric residents, including, our healthy choice dining program, ceiling lifts, pressure reduction mattresses and much more.
