The Deaconess Health Campus is located at 311 Straight Street, Cincinnati, Ohio in Clifton, the site where Deaconess Hospital was located prior to its closing in January, 2011. Our main number is 513-559-2100.

The campus features the corporate offices of Deaconess Associations, Inc. (DAI), Deaconess Long Term Care, Inc., and the Deaconess Foundation’s activities, including ITNGreater Cincinnati, Heimlich Institute & Heimlich Heroes Program, Active Life, Beyond Driving with Dignity, and Deaconess Medical Monitoring. Deaconess Diagnostic services also operates from this location, providing a variety of radiology services to themunity (513-559-2260).

University of Cincinnati Hospital's Psychiatric Department occupies patient floors in the main building for its mental health inpatient and outpatient program. Regency/Select Rehabilitation Hospital also operates a long term acute care unit at this site.

In addition to the main building, the Deaconess Health Campus encompasses a medical office building, a covered parking garage, and Goetz Center – which originally housed the Deaconess School of Nursing and later, physician and support staff offices for DAI.
