Waterford is an independent livingmunity located in Centerville, Ohio, just 20 minutes south of Dayton, near the Dayton Mall, a major retail area for shopping and restaurants. Our community is within one mile of Interstates 75 and 675 as well as two hospitals, Sycamore and Southview. Situated on 10 acres, Waterford’s campus features mature trees, walking paths, pond with gazebo and a heated outdoor swimming pool.

Waterford features its own library with Internet access, great room for entertaining, program room for crafts and games, exercise room and puzzle & game room. Our variety of spacious floorplans include full-sized kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves. A washer and dryer is also included in each suite.

Dayton seniors can ensure they are getting the nutritious diet they need with our delicious dining services which offer three complete meals daily with a variety of choices including fresh fruit, salads and fresh vegetables. Waterford Dayton is pet-friendly and includes an optional one-car garage.
