Rainbow Steps’ first home, Windsor House, is for residents who are physically able to climb a few steps to their rooms or walk down to themunity room. Residents can enjoy the view of the lake from the kitchen, dining room, living room and the back deck.Watch the blue herons fishing just 50 feet from the house, or spy on the meter-long carp that populate the waters of Hudson Spring Lake. Orioles, finches, woodpeckers, cardinals, ducks and Canadian geese are your neighbors at Windsor House. Catch and release fishin is permitted.

Across the street is the entrance to one of the area MetroParks with hiking trails, another lake with rowboats for rent. 

Three miles from Downtown Hudson with its summer weekend music programs, upscale shopping area, sophisticated dining spots, farmers market and weekly cruise-ins. In the opposite direction, three miles from Streetsboro’s Walmart, Starbucks, etc. Transportation to the LGBT Community Center in downtown Cleveland for SAGE activities.
