Poor care
Staff is too overworked or too distracted to properly keep on top of getting medications for patients. Bedding is not kept clean. Patient alarms are not working for extended times. Patient calls for aid take way too long before help comes. The only area of excellence is the sweet, loving attitude of the workers.
