Our staff are carefully selected and trained to manage the challenges associated with dementia, which can sometimes be difficult. Our Clare Bridge program features peaceful surroundings and a home-like setting designed to re-create environments people have enjoyed throughout their lives. Interior spaces are scaled and decorated like those of a private home and enclosed walking areas give residents the opportunity to safely explore their surroundings.

The Clare Bridge Dining Program, recognized as “Best of the Best” in the industry by the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) is a unique program designed by a team of specialists to help those with Alzheimer’s and dementia master and enjoy successful dining experiences. It offers dementia-friendly menus, individualized dining assistance, a supportive environment and consistent seating arrangements.

Personalized Service Assessment and Plan
Our personalized assessment evaluates your individual needs and preferences. Then we customize a service plan to meet those needs and preferences. Your personalized plan is based upon the amount of time it takes to provide quality services. Therefore, you only pay for what you need and want.

Assistance with Personal Needs
Our trained staff is there to assist you with your personal needs, in the privacy of your suite/apartment. We provide assistance with – Bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance.

Ambulation & Escort Services
We will escort you to meals and activities within the building.

Three nutritious and appetizing meals served daily
We provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All of the meals we offer are selected by a registered dietitian to ensure optimal nutritional value.

Housekeeping Services
We clean your suite/apartment regularly and take out the trash when needed.

Personal Laundry Services
We launder your personal items, linens and towels and change your bed linens. You may do some or all of your own laundry in the complementary washers/dryers.

Continence Management
We offer a comprehensive continence management program – from reminders to scheduling to assistance.

Nursing Services
Professional nurses oversee the delivery of all health care services to our residents. Our nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Medication Support
Our staff provides comprehensive medication support – from medication reminders to standby assistance to administering medications.

Life Enrichment Programming
