Journey's Way; both its Senior Center and Adult Day Program is honored to be among the exemplary national models and is accredited by the National Institute of Senior Centers. Journey's Way offers a wide array of innovative resources and programs for People 55+ to enrich their lives in theirmunities and support them through life's challenges. Journey's Way, the aging services of Intercommunity Action, provides resources and programs that enable older adults to improve their health and well being through meaningful lifelong learning, social and health opportunities, creative volunteer experiences, caregiver support services, and a variety of counseling, information, and housing services. Journey's Way continually works to strengthen our community's response to the hopes and needs of older adults and their families. Through partnerships, we create a network of services that support people as they age in their communities.
