Situated in the quaint residential neighborhood of Shiloh, our campus is one of two Country Meadowsmunities in York, PA.  It is less than 10 miles from our Leader Heights campus, and just off routes 74 and 30.  It is just a stone’s throw away from Weigelstown, Dover, and downtown York; and an easy ride to Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster and Baltimore.

Country Meadows York is an all one-floor community with wide, spacious, easy to navigate halls and rooms. We have neighborhood sidewalks that weave around our building, where you can stop and sit on a bench near a weeping willow tree and watch the family of ducks that call our campus home.
