White Oak Estates is a Continuing Care Retirement Center located in suburban Spartanburg, South Carolina with aplete continuum of care.

White Oak Estates Health Care Center provides around the clock care for 88 residents. Nursing care is provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants 24-hours a day. The interdisciplinary team develops the best plan of care for each resident in coordination with the physicians’ orders. The service of White Oak is much more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, the facility staff strives to enhance the quality of life for each resident.

In 2006, White Oak Estates was the proud winner of the “Silver-Achievement in Quality,” a National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. These organizations represent over 15,000 health care facilities in the United States. The National Quality Award exemplifies our commitment to demonstrating an extraordinary systematic process to achieve continuous quality improvement and excellence in performance. White Oak Estates was the first health care facility in South Carolina to receive this award.
