Details About Oak Manor Nursing Center

Our onsite Rehabilitation Team provides Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy. The therapists are dedicated and innovative in creating individualized exercise programs to meet the needs of each resident. We also have a Traditions Unit, a 16 bed secure unit for residents with dementia. This unit has a specialized activity program just for our dementia residents including music therapy.  The unit also has a secure enclosed courtyard so our residents can enjoy the outdoors as they please.
