Do NOT Like
My Mother is at this facility and we're in the process of finding her another place to live because her bathroom is falling apart. She says the toilet is so loose it scares her half to death every time she uses it. My son, who is an apartment maintenance tech offered to fix it for them for free but he was told they have someone who does all that for them. It's been three weeks and it's still not fixed. Also, she's in a wheelchair but the bathroom door hasn't been enlarged to accommodate it, so she's forced to use the grab bars to get to the toilet.
