Brookdale Staunton, formerly Emeritus of Staunton, is conveniently located near the intersection of the Woodrow Wilson Parkway (Rt. 262) and Churchville Avenue (Rt. 250) in the country setting of Northwest Staunton. Ourmunity features Mountainside views in a natural setting where deer frequently roam our campus, along with various species of birds. Though our community is located in a beautiful and quiet area of town, we are also very close to the major shopping districts and attractions within Staunton (Downtown – two miles, Mary Baldwin College – two miles, Gypsy Hill Park – one mile, Staunton Mall – five miles). Additionally, Staunton is a short drive to Waynesboro/Augusta Health Hospital (14 miles), Harrisonburg/JMU (30 miles), Lexington/VMI/W&L (35 miles) and Charlottesville/UVA (40 miles).

The main common areas (i.e. dining room, activities area, etc.) are located in the center of our two-story community that is easily accessible for all apartment locations. We offer spacious studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom senior apartments that all feature private baths, kitchenettes and great window views to the surrounding area. Our warm, inviting, family-friendly atmosphere is what makes our community most appealing to our residents and families.
