Residents welcome you when you visit, are very involved in the daily routine and activities, express love and friendship for each other - well integrated. Staff engaged with residents at all times. Feeling of family. Very clean, neat, many resident personal touches throughout home. Staff is cheerful, polite and respectful. Observed privacy and dignity displayed while there - very professional.
