Heritage House offers three levels of care within the home: Directed Care, Personal Care and Supervisory Care. Our facility is licensed with the Arizona Department of Health Services and strive for excellence in resident care, customer service as well as working closely with all areas of the medical field to provide the most appropriate care and services.

Heritage House employs highly qualified caregivers to assist your loved ones with all areas of care and services of need. Our employees are patient, loving and skilled to give the best care as provided by each individual service plan of each resident. Heritage House ensures that each caregiver is screened to meet all State required critera as well as facility standards, additionally, the caregivers enjoy their labor of love. Heritage House will guarantee that our facility will never schedule caregivers to work as live-in caregivers to ensure quality of care and that each caregiver is rested and ready for work on each shift.
