The Byrd House located at 2230 Deans Landing Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 is in violation of the Homeowners Bylaws, no commercial or business are to be conducted out of a residential single family home. This home is housing Mentally challenged and disabled adult and or teens, no senior citizens have been seen in this house by neighbors. This will be reported to Gwinnett County and GA State. Young boys and or men have been walking the neighborhood late at night with no adult assistance.
