Autumn Breeze Healthcare Center is conveniently located three miles from scenic Marietta Square. We are near four area hospitals and many other medical specialists and healthcare providers. At Autumn Breeze, we offer long and short-term skilled nursing care with a warm smile and caring touch in a home-like atmosphere.

We strive to amodate the individual and diverse needs of our residents. In addition to physical, occupational and speech therapies, we offer individual and group recreational programs, social services, restorative programs, and nutritional meals/therapeutic diets. We are one of the few facilities in Cobb County that has a secured Alzheimer’s Unit, complete with its own dining and spacious outdoor areas.
