Brookdale Coeur d’Alene, formerly Emeritus at Coeur d’Alene, is located in the middle of town with easy access to major routes Highway 95 and Interstate 90. We are 20 miles east of Spokane, Washington where you can visit museums, the IMAX Theater, and the beautiful Riverfront Park. We are close to Lake Coeur d’Alene which is noted as one of the most beautiful lakes in America. North Idaho College is located on the lake, and their Summer Theater has much to offer culturally. Within a five miles radius we have a Target, Fred Meyers, and Costco. Our major hospital is Kootenai Medical Center and most physicians are located within five miles.

Our Life Enrichment Director is well known throughout the senior living community in Coeur d’Alene for her fun, active, engaging programming. Our team meets with each resident to learn their life story, including interests, in order to develop programming which captures a wide range of ideas to incorporate into our monthly and yearly calendar. Just a few things to be enjoyed are our Brain Health Program, Exercise Program, casino excursions, art, cultural visits to our local theatre, card groups, community activity outreach, happy hour (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), gardening and so much more.

Brookdale Coeur d’Alene offers three delicious meals daily with a choice between two entrées. We also have a salad bar, a selection of fresh fruit, baked goods and beverages. During the holidays, our dining services team creates wonderful meals for our residents and their families.
